WHAT ARE YOUR RECEPTION HOURS
We are a new concept in B&B offering a digital keyless entry system, giving you the flexibility to come and go as you please. Access codes for your digital entry are sent to you via text on the morning of your arrival.
WHEN IS CHECK IN
From 3pm onwards, but if we can accommodate earlier we will. Please remember our housekeeping staff need to make the rooms beautiful for you.
WHEN IS CHECK OUT
Monday - Saturday 10.00am. Sunday 11.00am. We would appreciate prompt checkout as our housekeeping team needs time to turn round our rooms.
IS THERE PARKING ONSITE
Sadly there is no parking onsite as we are in the middle of town. It is generally available close-by and there is free parking very close to the property. You are of course very welcome to drop off bags outside before parking elsewhere.

DO YOU HAVE WHEEL CHAIR ACCESSIBLE ROOMS
We are sorry but we are not mobility friendly. These are converted listed buildings and we have no space for lifts etc. However, we do have one ground floor room (Room 1 @ No 8) which is accessible for people with wheelchairs and mobility issues. Please note, however, the bathroom is not fitted with any disabled facilities and is not wheelchair accessible.
DO YOU HAVE LOCKABLE BIKE STORAGE
We have a lockable garage for you to store your bikes overnight.
CAN YOU PROVIDE TAXI FIRM DETAILS
There are several firms available, Marlborough taxis, 01672 642124, Arrow Private Hire 01672 515567.
WHERE IS THE NEAREST RAILWAY STATION
There are three options. Bedwyn, Pewsey and Swindon. Bedwyn is the nearest but with least frequent services. All offer services to London, but the furthest, Swindon (circa 12 miles away), also offers services to Bristol and the West.

DO YOU HAVE WIFI
We have full fibre broadband so you should be able to remain connected at all times.
DO YOU HAVE AIR-CONDITIONING
No, unfortunately, we do not have air-conditioning.
DO YOU HAVE HYPO ALLERGENIC PILLOWS
We do offer a choice of pillows in each room to accommodate guests' personal choice and there are feather and hypo-allergenic pillows in each room.
DO YOU HAVE ANY TRIPLE BEDDED ROOMS
We do have a couple of these both at No 7 & No 8
CAN WE BRING OUR BABY
Very welcome and we have a number of travel cots we can set up for you onsite. Please do check availability, however, before you book.
CAN WE BRING OUR DOG
Very welcome but subject to availability, as only some of our rooms can accommodate. If you wish to bring your four-legged friend we request you arrange this with us beforehand.
DO YOU HAVE SMOKING ROOMS
We have a full no smoking policy and make a cleaning charge for any breaches.
